FolioFetch is a photography host. You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for the photographs you upload and for everyone depicted in them.

FolioFetch is for photographers. Fine-art, editorial, boudoir, and figure work of consenting adults (18+) is allowed, including nudity, as part of a photography practice — only in a passworded gallery. Public pages stay clean. Using FolioFetch as a porn site, a commercial sex storefront, or a dump for fetish or explicit sex content is not. Child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate images, and other illegal content are never allowed — public or passworded.

We may disable an image, a gallery, or an account when we receive a report, a hash match, or a notice from eSafety or police. A password is not a hideout for illegal content.

Free sites live on handle.foliofetch.com and keep a FolioFetch footer. Custom domains are a later paid plan.

These terms are product guidance, not a substitute for counsel reviewing a launch ToS.
