We store account email, session cookies, gallery metadata, favorites, comments, reports, and staff audit rows. Photographs stay private; visitors receive pre-generated thumb and display variants.

Analytics on free accounts are monthly summaries of views, favorites, and downloads, kept for one year. We do not keep unlimited raw hit logs.

Photographers sign in with a magic link sent from noreply@foliofetch.com. Clicking the link verifies the address. Clients use a gallery link and optional password — no client accounts in Phase 1.
